Turnberry Isle, the iconic resort in the heart of Aventura, Florida emerged as JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in December 2018. At the core of the expansion is a new luxury 16-story tower encompassing 323 spacious new guest rooms. Designed by Nichols, Brosch, Wurst, Wolfe and Associates with interiors by Champalimaud Design, the new tower will increase the resort’s overall capacity to 683 rooms and suites. This, coupled with an expanded 120,000+ square feet of versatile event space offers a dream for corporate groups and event planners.

A world-class, outdoor recreation area with more than 200,000 square feet - 5 acres - of aquatic entertainment and pools will be added to the resort. These new water features will connect with existing facilities including a free-form, zero-entry pool and Turnberry’s Lazy River that winds through peaceful tropical foliage. These will join our ever-growing list of best-in-class resort amenities including the legendary Soffer and Miller championship golf courses, the Cañas Tennis Center, and the state-of-the-art âme Spa & Wellness Collective, truly making Turnberry a sought-after destination.
